「They charged me twice for the room in error and I still haven't received a refund. I messaged them as soon as I realised I'd been over charged and never received a reply to that message. I have to call to get any updates. Check in was via an app which was not straight forward and I wasn't initially sent the access code.」

「Room was nice and tidy with everything we needed for whatever weather, house rules were clearly stated and visible! Staff were very catering and good at understanding our families needs such as being close to a toilet for toilet trained toddler, kitchen had everything we needed and was well maintained! Affordable parking that is secure」

「I booked a private room with the shared bathroom but there was no hot water! I reported it to the reception desk but it wasn’t fixed. They immediately changed the room for me. The new room was not big compared to the previous one. The room was humid too. But overall, it was still fine.」
