"Convenient to the local beaches we wanted to explore, interesting layout with the two detached rooms, but worked well for us. House was well stocked and had a homey feel with artwork and furniture galore. The cookie the host left were devoured by my horde in moments of arrival and greatly appreciated. Laundry, linens and kitchen were very well stocked. Unlike some places that have four forks, spoons, towels, glasses and and maybe 2 dull knives, this place had what you needed."

"We LOVED our stay! We were offered dinner - a chicken and potato curry- which we took them up on. It was by far the best meal I’ve had in NZ- home cooked, tasty and so flavourful! We loved the garden area and the deck. It was one of our best stays. 100 percent recommended!!"
