“The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. They really took special care of her, ensured she gets the buggy on time, arranged a special resort tour for her because of her leg condition. I really appreciate their efforts.
