"Perfect place if you want to seethe museums, government facilities, and Rideau Canal. Lots of tours to take. Employees went out of their way to help you. My bed and pillows were a little to soft for me, but that may just be me. "

"Parking was clearly marked for hotel guests and elevator went directly into the lobby. Room was clean and bed was SO comfortable. Starbucks in the lobby fronts onto Sparks St which is pedestrian only and very easy to navigate. Hotel was a quick walk to Parliament buildings. Front deak staff gave us a coupon for a free starbucks drink when we checked out which was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again."

"Had never even heard of this place, booked it solely on the name. It exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, fancy hotel and an apartment room for the price of a reg hotel room elsewhere. The games room was a totally hit for the kids (& life saver for parents.). Thanks so much! "
