「Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening. 」

「We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set...

「I keep coming back to this property because of its vicinity with Victoria Mall. I will look for alternatives since this hotel started to charge $10 one way airport shuttle per person while the price is still higher compared to any similar US Best Western location. Something is rotting at the core of African hotel industries. 」

「We arrived early and decided to visit Le Petit. The staff were immediately welcoming and happy to show us around. The apartments exceeded our expectations, and from that moment, we couldn’t wait for our reservation. When we finally checked in, the experience over our 5-night stay was exceptional. 「This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast served in a pleasant patio area. Showers worked fine, and sitting outside on the balcony was nice. The location is an easy walk to Victoria Mall or the bus park to get a cheap ride into Kampala.」
