“Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude.”

“Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host.”

“First apartment provided had big holes in the walls and bugs pouring out of the kitchen wall. No response from owner until customer service got involved. Was not clean and was not properly stocked with even basic kitchen equipment such as a toaster, towels and utensils. Could not get a response from the host without involving customer service. Mid way through rental someone else had the door code and tried to come in. That person was redirected to another location but had our door code and which……

“Good location but very dirty. Shower curtain covered with soap. Couldn’t sit on couch due to dirty upholstery. Only two worn out bath towels. Holes in sheets. Badly in need of paint job. Security door in garage propped open with wood. Toilet paper holder fell off onto floor first time we used it.”

“There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The……

“Everything was just as it says. Will stay here again”

“The property was clean, communication was good and it was close to store and restaurants which made the location perfect for your short stay in Austin.”

“All good!”

“Perfect location! Clean and adorable apartment !”

“Excellent handicap parking & entrance, ground level (no steps) and close to parking spot. The place was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again. The Goat restaurant was wonderful. Access to the workout area & chill pool was very nice! Nice little community area”

“Jakob my host is great. Nice place to stay. ”
