“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”

“Other than the guy who greeting us and wouldn’t let us check in at 2:00, all the staff was easy going, friendly, and helpful! Very nice and clean hotel, comfy beds, and pets welcome. Nice breakfast where staff didn’t start cleaning up 1/2 hour before it was over. Best part prolly was the actually hot, hot tub and pool hours! We look forward to returning!”

“This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.”

“Breakfast very good started closing up just after 9:30, why??? Had a fire alarm go off around 10 PM. Luckly a false alarm. But much confusion on what was going on. We exited the building. Fire dept arrived. No one from the staff available to tell us what was going on. Alarms stayed on until 1:30 AM. I had to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. I never saw any staff except for 2 people behind the desk. They said they had to call for help to shut the alarm off. ”

“Because this is attached to a Casino, the first thing you smell when walking in is smoke. At least the rooms are away from the Casino but you will smell it all the way to the elevators. The rooms were nothing special but the bathroom was not cleaned. There was pee stains all around the bottom of the toilet. Gross”

“We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Two reasons for not giving 5 star review are 1. The air vent needs a deflector as it blows directly onto the bed in the room we had and 2. The shower tile was a bit slick and no grab bar. We also would have preferred smaller, more firm pillows - but many people like long fluffy ones. Otherwise the ambiance, decor, food, and staff were quite superior. The kitchenette had real plates, cups, and silverware. The shades were nice and effective. The vintage……
