「A beautifully appointed condo in a great location! Very easy distance to & from the downtown shops & restaurants. Including shuttle pick up to Strawberry Hot Springs. The binder was full of helpful information & Chris was easy to contact & speak with. We enjoyed our morning lattes on the garden level patio with a great view of the hot air balloons too! Will definitely return to explore more of what Steamboat has to offer.」

「The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!」

「Incredibly disappointed in how our check in came together. There was much confusion that, unfortunately cost us a day of our vacation with little flex from the management about what happened in our situation. Additionally, the place doesn't have any current information about Steamboat. All of the magazines and info are at least 2 years old. And there was no information about where the hot tub and pool were so we didn't get to experience that either. So all in all it was a lack luster...

「Room was as described and very clean. Well laid out space was functional and had everything we needed. We had a challenge getting the room to cool down in the June evening heat but running the AC for a few hours helped. The only downside was that the ceiling fan made a noticeable humming noise so we didn’t use it much. Would return because loved the area and the room was great for a couple.」
