「We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

「There was no one there to get fresh towels or clean the room when we were out, without a do not disturb sign on the door. We had to wait until we were home to take a shower and also you had to flush the toilet twice to make it flush all the way」

「The room had bad bugs. When it was reported to the front desk they were unable to do anything about it. We contacted Expedia and they reported that the hotel staff indicated the room was is good order. Why would we leave a "good order" room at 11:30 at night..IT HAD BE BUGS OVER OVER THE SHEETS!」
