“We loved our weekend stay. The room is so adorable and comfortable. The host immediately replies to your messages and is so kind. The rental is just a few minutes from the stadium making it great for Gator games. We would love to return in the future.”

“Thank you! You were a fantastic host. House was clean. Great communication. As a property manager I would recommend you without hesitation. ”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so……

“This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, but what truly made it special was the incredible artwork throughout. Every room had unique, thoughtfully chosen pieces that gave the space so much character and made it feel warm, inviting, and one of a kind. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and so easy to work with from booking through checkout. Everything was seamless, and it was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.I highly recommend staying here and……

“The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine. ”

“Great spot and super close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had an amazing stay! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, which made our stay even more relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it……
