Great property and location. We really enjoyed the community. The only downside was the internet. We were told to be patient, but it just didn't work.

Had a wonderful time in my tiny home! Bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Slept well with windows open. Easy walk to beach. Home was very clean. Internet/cable worked well. Well, be back.

Tiny Living

This was a great little place to stay! Cute, clean, and close to amazing sights. We enjoyed getting coffee in Waldport and walking the beach. Seal Rock with is gorgeous and Newport has fun shops, breweries, and restaurants. Perfect place, price, and who doesn’t want to experience tiny house living.

Very cool place to stay

Everything was just as listed. It was just my wife and I so honestly it was the perfect size. Had all the amenities you could need and it was very clean. And the beach was a 5 minute walk. So for the price it was awesome, nice area and just overall a great experience. Only complaint I would have is the mattress is about as firm as possible, but we are soft mattress people so wasn’t for us.
