「This was such a fun experience. My husband and I had a road trip up the east coast. We aren't big campers and this was a great way to get a bit more of a rustic experience without a tent. But yes, you take a canoe to the island. It takes 5 minutes. No electricity, so be prepared for a camp stove and electric lanterns. Loons added a lovely evening sound track. Google map directions worked fine. Mexican restaurant was good. Took a day trip to Camden to hike and have lunch which was lovely. So fun...

「This was a great place to stay especially for couples. The pond is very nice with kayaks and canoes available. A fire pit and hot tub at every cabin. The site manager is great and readily available if needed. Will definitely be going back to pond and pine. 」

「Outstanding, we loved the house and location. The home is perfect for get-aways. Everything was clean and bright. The outdoor area was very large and welcoming with lots of seating. We loved the dock and the kayaks. Swimming was sooo relaxing. I would like to give a huge shout out to Jenn and Brian, you have a great lake house. Thank you Tim. PS, the neighbors are really nice people also.」

「A perfect lakeside retreat! Elaine and Roger were excellent hosts. The check-in instructions were clear. The deck offers stunning water views, and the hammocks are ideal for lazy afternoons. My companions and I found the beds comfortable, especially after an afternoon of swimming and kayaking. We'll likely be back.」

The owners have taken great care to make this a special place to stay.The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, while also being in walking distance of groceries and restaurants.I would definitely stay here again next time I am in town!」

"The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to go to the university and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only regret was that the room was booked the day before, and the price was doubled compared to booking in advance. It is recommended that you book the room in advance, the price is really different."
