“2 bedroom cabin fit my friend and i well. We came to rest and work by the fire. Location was ok, didnt realize we would have so many close neighbors. Next door dog barked at everything & there was a tarp on the whoel roof that flapped & kept my friend up at night with the wind. My room had a ton of ladybugs, woke up with them in the bed 2 mornings :/ Size was great for 2 of us. Prop mgr polite & responsive.”

“We had a wonderful time. Cabin was cozy, location was perfect, price was appropriate. Cabin has three full bathrooms, so it is comfortable. We went in late December 2025 - early January 2026 during a cold wave. There was no snow unfortunately, but boy it was cold. However, the heating system worked fine. “We had a wonderful stay at The Back Porch! The home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. Loved the fireplaces on the back upper and lower decks! Had plenty of four legged guests’deer’ visit in the evenings. Truly a mountain gateway for enjoying the fall. Enjoyed visiting several orchards and vineyards during our stay. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge were great fun, and had wonderful shops and boutiques. Would highly recommend a stay at The Back Porch, and Alex was a wonderful host!”
