This versatile 2BR/2BA home can be rented as a whole or split into front and back units, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, and family room while sharing a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a large fenced yard, perfect for pets, and relax in comfort with spacious living areas. Ideal for traveling nurses, patient families, or long-term stays.
Monthly rentals only per city ordinance. $1800/month for the entire house.
$1200/month for the front unit.
$1300/month for the back unit
