We were very thankful for their friendly, professional service. Next time we are in Park Rapids we will look no further than The Heartland Inn.」

「I have stayed at this location several years prior and it was decent. Unfortunately this time was a different story. I had rented a king room with a whirlpool tub. The tub had one towel present, the switch to turn it on and off the tub jets was broken and it wouldn't shut off at all. It ran the whole night. I think my diesel pickup would have been quieter. While it was draining the jets were just getting uncovered it shot water all over the room. There was no way to stop that from...
