- NOTE: Per septic tank guidelines, only a maximum of 5 people are allowed on this property. That includes anyone not staying on the property, that will be visiting and using the restroom facilities
- NOTE: Filtered water is not provided. Tap water is potable, however, it is recommended and many prefer to bring their own drinking water
- NOTE: Firewood is not provided. Please only purchase and use local firewood to help prevent spreading tree diseases
