“The cabin we stayed in is not what we paid for on Expedia’s website. We ordered a master king but when we arrived the staff said Expedia sent over an order for master queen cabin. The staff said there was nothing they could do because there were no king cabins available. She told us to call Expedia. So we called Expedia and they said since we had already checked in there was nothing they could do. We asked for some compensation for their mix up but they refused and hung up on me. I……

“The property was very clean and organized. Staff at the check in desk were very friendly. Great location, right across from wall drug. Highly recommend.”

“A serviceable place, needs some paint and the floor above us was so creaky it sounded like it might fall in. Otherwise the room was comfortable with a gigantic TV and an additional pull out sofa. We left to early to try the breakfast, the office doesn’t open until 7 am when breakfast is served.”

“They locked the breakfast area. We were trying to do a load of laundry, and we just had to stand in the small laundry room or stand in the hallway because they would not allow us to simply sit in a chair in the dining area. Not sure why that had to stay locked throughout the day as the hotel has no other lobby area. There are two small chairs in corners of the check-in area, but not a great place to sit comfortably..”
