Pool was nice but had serious drainage issues.Big puddles of cold water everywhere. A big safety problem. There was almost no place dry to walk.Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was really weak and kept running out.

This hotel is old and needs updating. (which by their sign is in the works) The rooms smelled awful, luckily we were only there to sleep, the rest of the time we were gone.

They do a good job but the transient population in Walla Walla has drastically increased. Makes my lady feel unsafe and just angers me that I have to be concerned about unsavory characters wondering around the facility.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and I understand your concern for your safety, we have asked our local PD to help us by driving around our property as well. We have also enforced our employes to do hourly checks around to make sure doors are locked and that there are no registered guests in or around the building.

The hotel it’s an old, rundown building, everything is old and cheap, and it looks dirty, we didn’t touch anything, one outlet didn’t work and another came out of the socket, the TV didn’t worked I told the front desk and they just wrote it down in a paper. I booked it because it said Super 8 by Wyndham, I will never stay in a Wyndham. Don’t stay there, it’s a scam! we left the next morning.

I think shampooing carpets once in awhile would be good there were a few spots on the floor that were sticky in our room which to me made me sick so I thought the room could of been better cleaned.

I was contacted on the early evening to see if I was still coming, which I thought was strange since it was only about 5:30. Check in went easy, the room was ok but both nights we were awakened and wake for several hours as the people next door were talking very loud until about 4:30 am. The breakfast was ok but a gal came in with no shoes on to get coffee and was saying that she knew the person at the desk but honestly she was questionable. Not sure if we would stay there again

Hot tub was broken and dog poop all over out side of main and back door. I have service dog but i pick up all her poop but thing if u put up bag pole and trash can close by

This is a nice quiet spot. That is what I appreciate the most. I also like the hot tub and that is the main reason I go but have been disappointed the last two visits because each time I was told it had just been shut down for service. I appreciate that the pool is kept at a comfortable temperature. However, it does not replace the hot tub.

This was the rudest and most unwelcoming staff I’ve ever seen in my life. They treated me like an inconvenience and a problem from the second I stayed there they racked up as many fees as they could, and multiple times, told me, I could go stay somewhere else if I didn’t like it when I was not causing any issues for them

Sorry you feel this way. We had to add charges because we were told you had 1 pet, then saw on our cameras that you had 2 (which was only admitted to only after we said we had it on camera). And also, the damage of property, which included a stained bath towel and mat. As for the pet fee, we only charged the regular pet fee for the additional dog and withheld the added 50 fine for undeclared pets. There were no other added charges. Very clean, no odors from cleaning. Very nice staff. Only issue was that Expedia did not forward my reservation so I pretty much had to start over with the staff. Particularly the owner was very helpful.

Housekeeping was exceptional! The housekeeper that did my room should be commended! Breakfast could be improved on greatly, the coffee was bad, could have been the local water though. Coffee pot didn't work one day so every one has to pour coffee directly out of the hot pot with the lid off haha. At least the coffee was only luke warm. The waffles kind of smelled like rubber. We all joked and called it flubber. Lots of nearby gas stations to get sausage and egg burritos in the neighborhood though.

Nothing stands out in my mind. The property grounds appeared to be kept up. I really did not walk around or look closely. It was raining hard the day I might have.

The room smelled bad when we entered. Turning on the air conditioner helped, but when it was off the smell immediately returned. The toilet was not secure to the floor and rocked when getting up or down. The left side of the mattress had a problem with the springs and was uncomfortable. The television guide in the guest book did not have correct numbers for channels. On the television two different guide pages made it confusing to find channels or television shows.
