“Really nice front desk staff. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor, not the ground. All mod-cons available and plenty of books to read. The room has a fridge, a TV, a stove, a microwave and is big enough that you can move around. The workspace desk is great, and the round dining table is perfect for 2 to sit comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Great price and located right next door to Newcastle Permanent Head Office. ”

“Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1.
