「Overall very lovely, easy stay. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and safe to walk. Not particularly close to that many non-fast food restaurants but if you’re willing to drive 15-20 min there’s plenty nearby. The house itself was very clean and sweetly decorated. 「We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. 「The location was perfect for our family vacation plans. The host was very accommodating. From weeks before our trip, to the day we departed, the host was very caring and was in contact to make sure all was going perfect! We have nothing but great things to say about our stay!! 「We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!」

「The funtierland property stay was great value for our size group. The walking distance from downtown Disney is why we booked with this property. However the community it’s located in is looking a bit run down and could use some maintenance to brighten up the place. The unit was clean and tidy when we entered however the cleaners did miss some food in the kitchen disposal which gave the downstairs area a funky smell. 「Overall a great stay. Close to Disneyland, about 25 mins to the gate with young kids but you can also drive of course, as there is access from that side of the park. Very clean and updated space with comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of cleaning supplies and consumables such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and then basic kitchen consumables. For a few days stay those small items would be greatly appreciated instead of having to go out and buy all those little things.just to...

「This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of space and close to Disneyland... and it was comfortable also! The beds and couches were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Even though we didn't prepare meals there, it would have been easy to do so. There were enough bathrooms for everyone without anyone fighting and the outdoor space was really peaceful. We could even see the fireworks from Disneyland from the patio! We would definitely choose this...

「The location is so good and everything went really smoothly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it could use a deeper clean and repairs maybe? The baseboards in the bathroom upstairs were pretty water warped and moldy and the master shower could’ve also used a good scrub. Also two of the three beds didn’t have top sheets just a duvet that wasn’t the most comfortable. Honestly though for the most part it was great, I would stay there again. 」
