「In town to visit kids in college at Claremont. Excellent property. Great hosts who were very welcoming and responsive when I had a question. The condo is in a safe, gated community. The community pool and spa are clean and very nice. The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed and towels and TVs in every room. We needed nothing more. I will be recommending this host's place to everyone I know going to Claremont/Ontario.」

「We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. 「I wish I could say nothing bad about this cozy condo, as it was clean, in a great location for our trip to Disneyland, and had comfortable beds and everything we needed for a great stay. The ONLY complaint I have is that the listing mentions WiFi, but we were never given access to a WiFi network. Was not the end of the world, but sometimes the service in the area was not great and it would have been nice to have that option. Other than that, the stay was amazing! 」
