"Terrible Hotel: Room not renovated, Toilet door handles broken, Broken toilet tap, TV not connected, Internet interrupted when raining... They were oblige to give me another room but conditions were minimal. I didn't get the comfort needed for the money I paid. I SHOULD BE REFUND! Poor service: The same lady at the reception is the same trying to supply for breakfast. In Summary, this hotel does "False Advertising", The quality is poor and Rooms need renovations. PLEASE REFUND ME!!!"

"The hotel and room were clean but couldnt stand the fact that all of the third floor smelled and stunk like weed. One of the front desk clerks here wears nose and face pieercings...not professional at all and reeks of weed smell. "

"Clean room with the exception of a sticky spot on the floor that was skipped when mopping. Obviously the floor was not mopped near the closet. Staff was great, exception with the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I had to wait at least 20 min for her to finish a conversation. Finally, another person told the 2 that they need to move because I was waiting. The person who was talking to staff apologized but the staff gave me attitude. Bad vibes! It was her friend that told her to move out of the way so I could be helped. Happy I did not see her the remainder of my stay. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. I recommend this location if you are not staying downtown ATL. Love the fact I could walk across the street to Stonecrest Mall. "

"Yeah in the room from previous guest I assume. Elevators, walls, doors, carpets, all utterly disgusting. Pics are lies, there much less breakfast than shown and it's so bad. Week old sausage. One breakfast lady just rude. Good water pressure. The quest pillows and beds are EXTREMELY old. Not sure where ask the good reviews are coming from it if people have extremely low standards or friends of workers. "
