"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard"

"We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). "Property manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. Also, we got good recommendations on what’s around the area to eat and local sight seeing places not promoted on the internet. Overall, best customer services all around"

"I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. His manner was mean-spirited and ominous. Then again,...
