"All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. "Bright clean, well equipped, comfortable apartment with parking. Easy access to everything that Laax has to offer. Excellent communication with Dirk (the host). Was a great base for a week of skiing, only a few minutes to the lifts and the bars!"

"A nice chalet style condo with a mountain view. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. Lots of room, and a bus stop steps away. We didn’t receive our door code, but the owner got back to us right away with the information we needed. It’s a ten minute bus ride to the lifts in Laax, or drive and pay for parking."

Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us.
