"Shuttle was fast should put on website that it runs on the hour. Had to be on hold for 15 min to find out. They told me cause I booked thru third party my breakfast was not included. "

"The breakfast was extensive, there is a free laundry facility, the rooms are large, shuttle to the Long Beach airport and staff was great. The only downside was having to wait 3+ hours for our room to be ready. Early check in was apparently not an option so we waited in their lobby with our luggage. (There were three other families waiting as well) Even considering, i would absolutely stay here again ! Its super conveniently located. "

"The staff here is amazing! The rooms are clean and updated. The breakfast changes a little daily, and has a nice offering. Lots of little details. The pool area is clean and we loved being able to overlook the pool area. The designated parking garage and lot was also a nice plus! We would definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was great except for the bed. The bed very squeaky every time I turned. Other than that everything was fine. It’s not the best area but hotel was safe. I got back at 1am and it was quite and no one out in parking lot, went right to my room no problems. "

"We could not get the air conditioning to work but we also did not ask for assistance. Parking was a little trouble, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly . I would say small problems overall, nothing major. Beautiful area, clean room, great amenities, great customer service. And a perk was late checkouts available by the hr (:!"

"Lots of parking. Elevators didn't work but they accomodated my wheelchair mom with a downstairs room. "

"Clean rooms, easy check in and check out process, great breakfast buffet. Parking lot is a bit limited, I ended up parking closer to the nearby Subway, which I wasn't sure it was even allowed. Didn't see any signs saying either way, so I guess it was fine. "
