“All was great with our room —clean and comfy beds —but the neighbours were loud until late. Only one light was working in the bathroom.”

“Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a……

“Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a……

“Loved Lesley and Breakfast was amazing ”

“Clean unit, great location- close to Blue Mountain Village (5 minute drive). Nice amenities with view of the hill, hosts were very communicative & available. We rented the pet friendly unit as I have a dog & there is a dog park also within a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk. As a group of 6 we enjoyed the fact that there were two full washrooms / showers. There is also lots of parking onsite, including a covered garage which was nice in the snow :) Some of the units are on an upper level, so……

“The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. ”
