Das Fiasko

Wir haben eine Unterkunft über Fewo-direkt gebucht und auch vollständig bezahlt. Leider hat der Vermieter auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert und nach einem Anruf uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft nicht frei ist und er auch keine Buchung erhalten hat. Daraufhin wurde durch ihre Agentur, die Buchung storniert (bislang ohne Geld zurück!!!) und wir mussten ständig irgendwo Quartier suchen. Der Urlaub , der keiner gewesen ist!
