"I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. "

"The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The TV was my only complaint. Remote didn't work and very minimal channels, but it really wasn't a big deal for our stay. The check in took some time, but it was because they had recently changed systems, it was a friday night and EVERYONE was checking in. The staff knew it was slow and they were very friendly in acknowledging it. I think that place stays booked, which is a good sign. We didn't get to experience everything but the lobby, bar, breakfast buffet, and pool looked great. I love all the Manhattan & K State memorabilia. I"ll be staying there in the future!"

"Awesome hotel. Clean and great for families. We had numerous rooms booked for a family reunion. It was delightful to have room play cards in the lobby breakfast area and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. "
