“Very clean and nice unit! No way to communicate to property about noisy neighbors but other than that it was really nice and everything was in good condition.”

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. Would definitely come back! 3”

“wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen, jeden tag gab es kleine geschenke, fast schon zu viel :Ddie wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet gewesen, 2 bäder sind okey, wir haben dann ab und zu wenn es eng wurde die gäste toilette im erdgeschoss genutzt. die lage ist super da man gleich die u-bahn und die s-bahn vor der haustür quasi hat. die sauberkeit und ordentlichkeit erinnert stark an ein hotel, also die sterne würde es aufjedenfall übertreffen. es ist ein sehr smartes system vor……

“An enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment. The apartment was comfortable even during a heatwave.Andrew was a very attentive host, suggesting excursions for our trip to Berlin.It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside the city centre.”

“This apartment is a conceptual gallery, full of aesthetic, and, idiosyncratic decor. Beautiful bath, spacious living areas, and a nice and dark bedroom are great. A kitchen with no sink? Almost No overhead lights, and those that are there have no clear way to turn them off? Better to light the walls and corners full of sculpture and installations.The included laundry was a plus, though hidden behind heavy wood pallets. The floor is split between “no shoes” and “must have shoes due to flaking……

“Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Het was fijn dat de appartementen verbonden waren met een deur, zodat je niet over de gang van het ene naar het andere appartement moet. De appartementen zijn ruim opgezet. Een badkamer was zo groot dat daar best twee badkamers van gemaakt had kunnen worden, want twee badkamers delen met 12 personen is logistiek onhandig in de ochtend. Het appartement ligt 5 minuten lopen van openbaar vervoer en er zijn diverse goede restaurants in de buurt. Supermarkt en bakker om de hoek.”

“Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Dafür war die Wohnung völlig in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir jedoch etwas anderes mieten – mit so vielen Personen ist es doch etwas eng. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass sich direkt gegenüber eine Pizzeria befindet und der Bäcker nur etwa hundert Meter entfernt ist.Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Kaffeemaschine und das Backblech waren leider nicht sauber.”
