Die Ferienhäuser im Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse liegen zum Teil sehr eng beieinander. Man muss sich also vor Ort auskennen, um nicht ein böses Wunder zu erleben.Unser Ferienhaus lag am kleinen Hafen mit nur zwei Nachbarhäusern.Die Einrichtung war gut. Und nachdem Clean Up das Prozedere vor Ort übernommen hat, lässt Check-in, Abrechnung und Sauberkeit nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch bei Fragen wird einem schnell geholfen.

Die Ferienhausanlage ist sehr dicht bebaut und es wird immer noch gebaut. Bei unserem Besuch war dies allerdings kein Problem. Wir waren fast alleine dort. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, allerdings fehlten in der Küche die einfachsten Dinge wie Salz und Pfeffer... Ansonsten können wir uns nicht beschweren...

Ein sehr geschmackvolles, eingerichtetes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Nur die direkte Nähe zu den Nachbarn muss man mögen. Leider wird der ursprüngliche Charme des Hafendorfes verloren gehen, da bis zu 200 Ferienhäuser entstehen sollen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, super schön eingerichtet und sehr hübsch und liebevoll gemacht. Es war alles sehr sauber und unverbraucht. Ich war jedoch negativ überrascht über die unglaubliche Dichte zu den Nachbarn. Die Fotos vermittelten mir den Eindruck, ich würde ein Wasserblick haben. Schlussendlich handelt es sich um einen Mini kleinen künstlichen Hafen was von Häuser in Hoher Dichte umzingelt ist. Genervt hat eine Mietpartei die über das gesamte WE sehr laute Musik hörte weil es sehr geschallt hat. Also nichts wenn man auf Privatsphäre aus ist. Auch hat es an der Grundausstattung wie Salz, Pfeffer, Schwamm und Seife, Kaffeefilter und ein Feuerzeug (für Kerzen und Grill) gefehlt. Im Bad erwartete uns ( vier köpfige Familie) eine halb aufgebrauchte Klopapier Rolle und keine Handseife. Das ist recht ungewöhnlich bei FEWO und bei dem Preis eigentlich fast unverschämt. Ein Hinweis wäre in der Beschreibung angebracht, dann wäre man nicht direkt nach Ankunft darauf angewiesen zum Supermarkt zu rennen. Es war ein netter kurzer Aufenthalt. Mehr als ein WE wäre für uns persönlich nichts weil wir gerne etwas mehr Privatsphäre haben. Zum nächsten Badesee kommt man mit dem Auto recht schnell. Ein Supermarkt ist auch nahebei.
