「Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back.」

「This was the worst house and should not be allowed to be on this website or any website. The house was dirty, bedding stained, it smelt of mould in the kitchen and a leak in the cupboard. There was a stench throughout the house like something had died in there. We had to leave due to the smell, mould and the dust throughout the upstairs area. We had requested a refund and found somewhere else to stay. The pictures are not a trie reflection of the property. Very dissapointed and Stayz need to...

「Comfortable modern apartment, nice view, handy to Toowong Station and UQ. Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions...
