「The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult.」

「This is our second time staying here and not sure we will be returning. The hot tub jets didn't work (they fixed it the 2nd day), the tub faucet came shooting out of the wall while taking a shower twice the first night & asked them to fix it & it did it again twice the next night.The toilet wouldn't flush when we got there, so we asked them to fix it & it still wouldn't flush the 2nd night.
