Built in 1933, this unique stone cottage has been fully renovated to meet all of your traveler's needs - while still maintaining its original old-world charm. You'll find all of the comforts of home throughout the 2,500-square-foot interior, but possibly more important, are the breathtaking Lily Lake views visible from almost every room in the house - especially the enclosed sunroom, that can be enjoyed annually.
There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves comfortable! The living room features plush furnishings, tasteful decor, and a flat-screen TV with basic channels. Real excitement lies in the downstairs recreation area - where you can challenge your fellow guests to a game of ping pong, or free throw basketball. The provided 2 kayaks and canoe are also located here!
After a day on the lake, there's nothing better than a warm home-cooked meal! Easily prepare all of your favorite and new dishes alike in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, an antique Kelvinator electric stove, and plenty of cookware and utensils. Hickory Run State Park even has great rock climbing in a field of boulders - for those feeling up to a challenge!
Come winter, adjust your plans to include chilly days well spent at Jack Frost Ski Resort or Big Boulder Ski Area, each located roughly 40 miles away. Additional ski resorts include Shawnee Moutain Ski Area and Camelback Mountain Resort. If downhill skiing isn't your forte, you might instead enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing.
No matter how you spend your day, you'll need to replenish your energy with a good meal!
