「Great stay! After some rude customer service at other motels, the excellent customer service was refreshing. Very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked well and toiletries were provided. Even the laundry room was surprisingly clean and worked well. The front desk staff sold me quarters to use in the machines. 「We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.」

「The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. It did get a tad warmer by the end but it should have been scalding where I had it. Maybe others are taking the hot water, husband took one early in morning. Still cold. We...
