“Our tub was dirty, run down looking everywhere! Our towels stunk. Mades did horrible job at cleaning our room. Wont stay there again.”

“Booked a room months in advance for our trip from Canada. On the day of, I received a phone call from a North Dakota number. The caller only let the phone ring twice and didn’t leave a voicemail. Thinking it may have been the hotel, I sent them a message with our projected arrival time. When we arrived, we were informed our reservation had been cancelled because the card allegedly didn’t go through. We were also told by the staff member they had attempted to contact us earlier. However, given……

“The only reason we booked was for a quick over night and they had a pool and water slides but were closed had we known that we would have booked somewhere else. Staff had told us many different reason but all in all the hotel is very run down. ”

“This hotel has so much potential. A lobby and bar that is a 'ghost town.' Bar area looks nice however, never in use. Rooms could use some thorough cleaning. So much dust on tables, chairs & furniture getting run down. Needed a place to stay for one night however, next time I would rather pay a little more for cleaner & better amenities. Thankfully, bedding, bathroom & towels appeared clean. Staff was nice.”

“I was a bit leary based on older reviews, however the hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was poolside and very accommodating. The pool was amazing and this will be our go to hotel as a family. The breakfast was incredible, no complaints from the kids! Will definitely be recommending to friends!”

“Not the best looking hotel from the outside. The room I was in was amazing. Very clean I’d recommend. Don’t judge a book (hotel) by its cover (the outside). The staff in every shift was friendly and professional. Thank you all!”

“The room was clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel has been recently updated, but more of a quick, but not well-done or thorough update. Some details like carpet edging was lacking. The in-shower shampoo and conditioner were both empty.”
