Leuk hotel, redelijk nieuw dus nog in orde qua infra. Ook zeer proper. Gratis grote parking tegenover. Onbijt ook in orde met veel keuze.

Je suis très content du séjour, accueil chaleureux hôtel très propre et moderne. Juste à améliorer dans ma chambre avoir des prises au bord du lit et le chauffage j’ai eu un peu froid. Sinon c’était très bien placé commerce et restaurant à proximité. L’hôtel propose aussi de la restauration de bonne qualité. Cocktail très sympa.

Our room was cancelled without notification. It took over an hour at check in going backwards and forwards with reception staff trying to sort this out and as to why our room had been cancelled as we had the active booking on my phone. Firstly we were told the only option we had was to stay in there other hotel which was in another town, we had a huge international competition that we had to attend early in the morning so this wasn’t an option, we were then told we could find our own hotel in the area. (Everywhere was full because of the event) After lots of phone calls between management and the reception staff an hour later we were handed a key card stating the original room was now available and that the manager had sorted it, allegedly someone staying in the hotel we needed was happy to swap with us. (I’m not sure if this was true as that was a quick turn around) The girl on reception didn’t seem bothered at all of our issue and it was purely resolved as we had to push for a solution. To add insult to injury we were told we had to pay a 100€ holding fee, we have since found out that no other guests were made to pay this when we came to check out, we were given the option of euros because no one knew how to do a refund, we refused euros as we live in the UK and we’re heading home and can’t use euros in the UK. Management were phoned again by reception and they have assured me that payment has been actioned. That was 9 days ago!!!

Hébergement confortable, sûr, calme, pratique, avec des possibilités simples de parking. Etant donné le standing de cet hôtel, il manque cependant dans la chambre l'équipement pour se faire un thé (bouilloire, tasses et sachets de thé).

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.Sauberkeit, Service freundliches Personal....alles war wirklich top. Das einzige was im Bad gefehlt hat, war ein Haartrockner und in der Toilette Klobürste. Ansonsten empfehlenswert. Wir hatte vor ein Paar Städte zu besichtigen ( Antwerpen,Gent,Brügge) und dafür war Waregem mit dem Parkhotel als Ausganspunkt für uns am bestens geeignet. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und Hotelleitung

Net luxe hotel
Ruime parkeerplaats tegenover hotel. Luxe en net afgewerkt, net nieuw hotel. Zeer uitgebreid hotel. Helaas weinig keuze en kleine porties in het restaurant.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, alles super schick. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Bad ebenfalls. Im Badezimmer befindet sich leider kein Fön und es ist zu wenig Ablagefläche vorhanden um seine Kulturtasche oder ähnliches ordentlich und griffbereit

Fabulous
Every member of staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the ey even set up at 6am because we had an early cycling event. The restaurant was buzzing in the evening again with friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.
