“Contact with host was so easy from start to finish. The Carriage House was beyond our expectations. Easy access and so inviting. Exactly as described. We can’t say enough about this property and hosts. We were in town for a show at Anderson Music Hall. So many attractions close by. We cancelled plans the last night just to sit and enjoy the Mountain View, deer and the firefly’s definitely put on a show. Will definitely be our #1 choice.”

“I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.”

“Cathy was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating at the desk upon arrival. She definitely adds the small town, homey feel to the place. Due to them not having someone working in the lobby at all times, you are unable to get into the lobby without a code. We did not have that code sent automatically to us, and had to request it. Cathy was instrumental on her day off in trying to help us get the code, which we did finally receive but we had already left. Prior to arrival I spoke with……
