「The location on the resort grounds is excellent. The rooms are large and have space to put luggage. The main bathroom is large & has a bath. If you have small children- the stairs are very steep & narrow- be mindful of this. The kitchen was large in size- only crockery provided no condiments. The airconditioning seems to be locked on 1 setting- however there are extra blankets in the cupboards. Balcony is beautiful & lot's of wildlife to see. There isn't any parking outside the villa- you need...

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Nothing beats walking onto your boat to go fishing at 6am and then coming home for a relaxing brunch by the water. Sue is a wonderful host. All the neighbours are friendly and Marks Point has a really strong community. The two local cafe's are both amazing. We did have one small problem with people using the jetty without permission and respect of the guests. Sue managed the issue very well which is all we can ask. 」

「Exactly as per the listing, sweet, clean cabin that suited myself and friend and would suit a family or 2 couples. Cosy, but has everything you need. Awesome beach a few minutes walk away (uphill) and we spent the day walking as you can walk to Terrigal (tide mindful). Plenty of things to do around the area however if you just want fresh air and peace & quiet, an ideal place to stay. Justine lovely and nothing too much trouble and gave us plenty of tips. 「My extended family, consisting of 10 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this lovely property. The house was very modern and spacious, but the standout feature was the beautiful pool.」
