「Pros: Ruhige Lage im Grünen und kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Fahrradweg Richtung Timmendorfer Strand so gut wie vor der Tür. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Haus gehört ein Fahrradschuppen (draußen, abschließbar) und ein Fahrradraum (im Kellergeschoss). Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen und -trockner ebenfalls ganz unten im Haus verfügbar (jeweils 50 Ct. je 30 min). Wir hatten schöne Tage. Sehr nette und problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin....

「Die Anlage ist schön, es blühen duftende Rosen und es sieht sehr idyllisch aus. Aber leider fehlt es ansonsten überall an Investitionen. Die Zimmer sind eine Zeitreise in die 90er Jahre, das Besteck und die Teller am Buffet sie sichtlich alt, die Parkplätze sehr eng. Die Freizeithalle ist lieblos und mit viel defekten Geräten ausgestattet. Der Indoor-Spielplatz ist allerdings sehr schön und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Seilbahn auf dem Gelände hingegen funktioniert nicht - sehr zur Enttäuschung...
