This property was beautiful. It was a short walk to a pond where we could canoe. The property did not have air conditioning but the nights cooled quickly and the window fans did an amazing job cooling the upstairs bedrooms.Location is convenient to Rockland, Camden, Waldoboro and Damariscotta.Host was very responsive.

It was a great little cottage to rent. Very clean and well maintained property with just enough of everything to have a comfortable stay - kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, extra towels and bedding. There were even lots of movies and board games for the kids. There is a lovely screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee and keeping the mosquitoes at bay in the evenings. The host was great at communicating and very accommodating. Location was great too - just out of the way to be quiet and peaceful, but a close drive to little towns, farms, etc.

Dawn could not have been more accommodating during our arrival and departure. Her added check-in to forewarn us of icy conditions in the driveway was above and beyond. We look forward to our next stay.

Lobster festival

Our stay was fabulous. Loved the little farm house and the working farm. It was neat staying in a house because it was nothing like the houses we have in Louisiana. Dawn stayed in contact with use throughout our trip, allowing us to check in early if need be and allowed use to check out at one. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Sharon, Tommy, Andy & Suzie - Shreveport,La

Unexpected pleasant experience

The small refurbished farm house was clean and accommodating. Dawn and her husband were very welcoming. Being in farm country was an interesting and refreshing change for us. Really enjoyed the farm store, Beth’s Place.
