「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「It was fun to utilize the pool table, foosball table. It was in a nice neighborhood and a 2 min walk to the plant nursery where they sold produce. We loved being able to cook and enjoy our meals indoors or outdoor. Very enjoyable and would book again 」

The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests.」

「Off-street covered parking was such a perk in the winter. The kitchen had everything you need. The large bedroom was nice, and the place is very clean. The host was very responsive, even at 11:00 p.m. when we contacted them because we forgot to hit a button to unlock the door. It may have to do with the great proximity to one of the best cocktail bars in Lawrenceville! The door lock is easy to use. It's a very quick ride to the stadiums or incline. We will definitely rebook this apartment when...

「We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...
