「It was okay for the price. The breakfast was awful!」

「I got there one hour early and my room was not ready. Staff worked to get me another room, so I did not have to wait to get in. Room and facility were clean. There were a few "minor" things that needed repair (hole in screen window, remote control cover would not stay on, so batteries would fall out).」

「Had an issue with the key to my room. They reprogrammed it for me, but you had to almost juggle to get the door open. While tapping the key, you had to quickly turn the handle to get in. The refrigerator in the room did not work-the door was open and a towel sitting at the bottom. The drinks I bought had to be iced down in the ice bucket. Despite the signs indicating otherwise, there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Location was convenient to my business meeting, plus a gas/convenience store...
