I booked a room here for one night. This is a lovely old world european hotel. My room and bed were clean and the bathroom was updated. Staff was friendly. As a site seeing tourist there in nothing of interest in walking distants around the hotel area but it is a 10 minute bus ride into the “Old Town” were everthing is happening.

Location was ideal

This was a conference hotel and it was in a good location for us. The hotel was clean and prices were fair. The breakfasts did not offer what I usually eat. The room did get hot and there was no air conditioner.

Amazing stay

My family with 3 kids had some unexpected flight problems that forced us to spend 2 days in Poland. It was very stressful, but this hotel made this short stay very welcoming and comfortable. We had a room (2 rooms) with 5 beds. The food, especially the free breakfast was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful the entire time. I was so grateful to have found them. It is a bit outside the city center, so not ideal if you want to do a lot of site seeing. And cabbies will rip you off. About 30-40 minutes outside airport.

Cichy hotel dobrze położony

Hotel położony dogodnie. Dobry dojazd. Czystość na odpowiednim poziomie. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Jedyny mankament to nieuzupełnianie oferty śniadaniowej na czas - ponad pół godziny przed końcem śniadania nie było już z czego wybierać, nie dało się powiadomić o tym obsługę, bo jej w pomieszczeniu nie było.

Jest coraz lepiej

Zdecydowanie lepszy pokój niż w poprzedniej wizycie. Dużo czyściej, łazienka jak by z innej epoki. Sama powierzchnia pokoju też jak by większą. Jedyne zaskoczenie to zakręcony grzejnik - pod koniec listopada to raczej zaskoczenie. Ogólnie polecam chociaż widać że są pokoje gorsze i lepsze

Mogło by być lepiej

Sam pobyt OK. Odrobina pracy konserwatora pomogła by utrzymać hotel w dużo lepszym stanie. Co do czystości - odczucia typowo subiektywne, do poprawki. Stosunkowo cienkie drzwi powodują słyszalność wszystkiego co się dzieje na korytarzu. Grzejniki niestety nie do wyregulowania (jak komuś za zimno czy za ciepło) - są tak ustawione jak są. Łazienka jak na zdjęciach (znowu ten konserwator... macie taki etat?)

Finger weg, Dreck und gestank

Aus dem Zimmer ist ein Gestank rausgekommen, dass wir als erstes Fenster aufmachen mussten. Das Zimmer war hässlich, alt und dreckig. Es hat gestunken nach altem urin, Dreck, keine Ahnung. Als wir dann Bett gesehen haben kKissen und Bettlaken hatten gelbe Flecke, haben wir das hotel sofort verlassen. Mussten dann nachts anderes hotel suchen. Ich verstehe drei Sterne, aber Dreck und Gestank das muss wirklich nicht sein.

Tired hotel and not in a good location.

Superior twin a joke, one bed poorly sprung, and broken, leaking shower. Room was 20 mtrs from very busy 6 lane highway, so impossible to open windows and no aircon. Wi-Fi not accessible in room and slow in reception area. Corridor sensor for lighting near room inoperable, so in darkness. Female staff pleasant, male staff less so. Car parking okay, but no security whatsoever. Absolutely nothing in the area.. run down.. Hotl badly needs some renovation. Considering location this is overpriced

Reality and fotos do not match, although they are real fotos. Runout, couple stars max, motel not hotel. Staff was friedly, check in fluent, but no aircondition and + 33C is not good combination especially windows to west...? Location suburban area on the road to north. Poor service, no clients. On the other way, some feelings of past history and renewed bathroom works well.

Zarezerwowany był pokój z podwójnym łóżkiem (wyjazd na rocznicę ślubu), na miejscu okazało się, że są dwa pojedyncze. Chcąc zamowic obiad w części restauracyjnej nie było żywego ducha na sali. Z braku obsługi udaliśmy się na miasto. Śniadanie ok. Czystość w miarę.

Перше, що хочу відмітити, якщо у вас номер на мансардному поверсі, - шумоізоляція жах !!! А якщо ще і вікна виходять на вулицю, то таке враження що ваше ліжко розташоване прямо на дорозі. Різновидність блюд в меню скудновата, але це не найгірше, біда що персонал не вспіває підносити блюда, які вже закінчились. Чистота в коридорах на трієчку, в номері трохи чистіше. На великий жаль не можу сказати, що мені сподобалось проживання в цьому готелі.

Z toalety śmierdziało (niesprawna wentylacja łazienki) a w pokoju było mega duszno bo na poddaszu.Otwieranie okna mijało sie z celem bo od rana samochody strasznie hałasowały.
