Excellent, corporate hotel. Staff were great. I got ripped off by taxi cab drivers to/from the hotel from the train station, ($100 for a 5 min ride) and the staff took pity and upgraded me also as a Radisson member. Next time use Uber or a bus/tram. The breakfast was great and the bar/restaurant was very good quality. The location is pretty convenient as a major bus/tram intersection is just out the door. The room was great although the housekeeping was a little lacking (at least put the pillows back on the best and the cushions on the chairs).

Welcomed on arrival, the lady in reception was very polite checking us in. She asked if we would like a room with the view to the City or gardens. She also asked of we would like a shower ir bath in the room😊 Overall, very nice service and beautiful hotel.
