“住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！”

“the position is so good to travelers! It neat bus station for 涉41 and 渉45, these 2 Bus are directly to Shinjuku west station where you can transit to everywhere in Tokyo!! The room is very clean and have a little kitchen that you can cook by yourself.”

“Apartment was nice size for five adults. So nice to have 2 showers and 2 toilets. Conveniently close to lots of restaurants and konbini. Even a Don Q just down the road. A small mix up with room assignments but host quickly resolved the issue. Washer was great to have and it was able to partially dry clothes but in the humidity of June, just had to hand clothes…lots of hangers for this. Would recommend a stay here”

“Our host was amazing! She gave very thorough picture directions on how to find her place, but I was not able to access the link when we got off the train. Screen shot before you go! She came and found us in the rain and brought us to her apartment and then came back with a few supplies from the market to get us started! We stayed for 4 nights and the house was the best accommodation we had in all of our 2 weeks in Japan! Comfortable beds, kitchen amenities, 2 full baths. Perfect for our family……

“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”

“Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level.
