「Amazing stay, beautiful hotel and friendly staff! This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The front desk attendant (named MD) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond numerous times. He checked in with us periodically throughout our stay, helped us and had a lovely attitude. The hotel was clean and decorated with high end, cosy furniture. Plenty of parking and situated in a great spot. We will definitely return!」

「As part of my boyfriend’s 27th birthday this year, I took him to Minden for ice racing. The stay at Dominion Hotel was an absolute gem! We love local inn’s and Dominion checked all of the boxes off. Being it was so cold the weekend we went, the room was so cozy, so warm, and in such a cute part of downtown. We had a blast and even enjoyed a lowkey dinner at the pub below. We loved it and have already planned a summer trip back for fun! 」

「We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. 」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

「this is an old property so facilities are not perfect but that does not detract from the stay. I would recommend fixing the door to the room we stayed in so it does not require such force to close it and to have it block out the light from the hall better. You will want some white noise in the room to block out the sounds from neighbouring rooms.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「All the staff was attentive and welcoming. We found the hotel room clean, including the bathroom and shower tiles. Even if there was a large group of young basketball players the night when we were there, it was quiet at night. The breakfast had so many options and the eating area is spacious. I would return again.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
