The North Oak, a Modern Cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home. Modern amenities with a modern cabin feel and small town charm. Brand-new, ranch style home with easy access. Polished concrete floors may not be suitable for small children. Big backyard with patio and fire pit. 3 blocks from Lake Superior and beaches. Walk/bike to downtown shops and restuarants. Great bike trails and kayaking, boating nearby. Close to ice fishing access, snowmobile trails and Mt. Ashwabay for winter fun!

The space
3 Bedrooms. First bedroom has king bed, TV and private access to bathroon with large bathtub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom, "the Den", has one queen bed, TV and a pullout couch for 2 additional people. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to the walk-in shower bathroom. 2 bathrooms. One walk-in shower for all bedrooms and one bathtub/shower in the primary bedroom.

Full kitchen with modern appliances and a grill.

The house is beautiful! It was our home away from home. Bayfield has been on my family's bucket list & it did not disappoint. We stopped at Copper Falls State Park on our way up. We did the Apostle Island tour and Madeline Island for a day. We went swimming & fishing. We took a spontaneous drive up to Small Sand Bay one evening. And the best part was being able to come back "home" to a fire & s'mores & a cozy place to sleep. Kids slept in super late while Mom & Dad were able to enjoy a quiet breakfast outside on the patio. Lifelong family memories made!

Great location to Lake Superior

We enjoyed our stay at the North Oak. It was a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the lake. The kitchen had very nice dishware. I was particularly impressed when I opened the drawer and saw Cutco knives. I have four Cutco knives, and they are top quality. The beds were comfortable and plenty of living quarters to accommodate our party of 7 people. We spent most of our vacation in Bayfield that was an easy 20 minute drive.We enjoyed our stay at North Oak. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped with nice dishware, and I was particularly impressed to find Cutco knives in the drawer. I own four Cutco knives myself, and I know they are top quality. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of living space to accommodate our party of seven. We spent most of our vacation in Bayfield, which was just a convenient 20-minute drive away.

Great Stay in Washburn

Everything was clean and had everything we needed for a comfotable stay. Very comfortable beds. Large parking area for our boat and truck made loading and unloading easy.
