“First off, the owner(s) were very friendly & great with the communication! This cute little home was perfect for our weekend trip up from Florida for our oldest nephews wedding! The cozy atmosphere was very inviting! We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, the gas range or the laundry room. But all looked in great condition! “My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy……
