「This property was perfect for our family for a short stay! The apartment was very clean, and I am quite picky about cleanliness. The layout of the apartment is a bit quirky, it’s kind of a long hallway with rooms off of one side, but it slept 5 of us comfortably and seemed like the right price for what it was. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!」

「This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.」

「The home is Beautiful. Everything a family needs is there. Board games, darts, karaoke, corn hole, and steaming TV services. The location is convenient to local attractions. The two individual cabins are very cozy and well appointed. We had a couple small issues that the hosts took care of immediately. A bathroom in the upstairs of the home would be a great addition. We would highly recommend this property.」

「This place is amazing if your looking to get away from everything but who your with this is the place. It’s out of a Norman Rockwell painting the log cabin interior to the recurring bear theme. The bed is super comfortable hot tub grill and snacks round out the welcome home feel. We will definitely stay again. 」

「The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.」

「We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. And our host, Adam, provided us with useful information about the area. Thanks to all.」
