Great house for group of friends

The house worked out great with our large group of friends. Great balconies on both the east and west sides of the house. It was great seating all 12 at the dinner table. Only one small nit - only 1 trash bag was supplied. Overall great stay!!

A great stay in St George and an awesome rental company

Just finished 5 days in St George seeing a lot of parks. This house was a perfect home base. Plenty of space, two living rooms, a well-stocked kitchen and key- the hot tub. We all loved the hot tub after full days of hiking. The best part was Red Rock rental. We had a few minor things come up and they were super responsive. Very quick to reply to calls and even faster to come over and help. Everyone loved this stay.

Great communication

Host was wonderful to work with as there was a number of minor issues that we needed to report.It's good to note That these are not true King beds. They are just two twins put together with a wedge in between them. For us they were constantly separating

Perfect for large group!

We rented this unit and the one next to it for our group. It was very convenient to have two units next to each other! We had a couple minor maintenance issues come up and the management company responded quickly and took care of them (within an hour)! This was our first visit to the area and we had no idea how AMAZING and CONVENIENT the location would be. Would love to come again!

Great for large family

My sisters and I rented this together and it easily fit all 13 of us. It was well decorated, clean, stocked & we loved the extra accommodations and activities. (Pickle ball rackets & balls, 2 bikes, ping pong table, games, private hot tub, etc.) It was a great location and nice neighborhood with nearby trails for walking. The only thing is improve would be to replace a couple off the king mattresses with less lumpy mattresses. The management were amazing with communication & quick responses and everything was laid out beautifully in ready to understand ways in the binder and emails and texts. We hope to return again someday!

Great setup - loved the deck!

This home worked great for us. Views and orientation of the deck (getting full sun all afternoon) was perfect for a winter vacation using the hot tub and fire pit.

Amazing Home for a Zion Friends Trip!

Although the home is about an hour away from Zion it honestly is the perfect destination for a trip with extended family and friends. There are plenty of rooms, most with an attached bathroom, lovely hot tub / fire pit area, and just overall a clean and modern home! We had a wonderful time :)

Conference Stay

The property was beautiful and well equipped. We had a serious miscommunication with the Red Rock folks as we could not lock the premises for our entire stay. The code they provided did not work on the door. When we arrived we found the slider unlocked and that's how we got in the property. We then had to leave a door unlocked every time we left. I emailed and called and left messages. Red Rock called back the day we left and offered a discount for our next stay. I have yet to see that in writing. Other than that, the home was beautiful and we very much enjoyed the accommodations.
