Comfortable Stay in Arlington

My stay was superb! Communication with the host and the concierge on the ground was easy. The apartment was clean, neighbors were quiet, and the space comfortable for a quick trip. I will book this location next time I am in the area!

Amazing Crystal City Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of four! The apartment is spacious with modern, updated finishes in every room. The apartment was well stocked & equipped for our weeklong stay. Great location! Our host was excellent. We look forward to staying again.

One of the best spots in Pentagon City!

Another great stay in Arlington's Pentagon City neighborhood. As usual, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, and the customer service was top notch. Until next time!

RENTERS BEWARE - not a good experience. Pros: The location of the property is great, and they have "updated" the individual apartment. Cons: This is an old building with a community. While they have tried to freshen up the place, the hallways are grim. If you want to hear crying kids, and smell people's dinner, weed and cigarettes, this is your place! What they don't tell you in the listing is that the HVAC is either set to "heat" (in fall/winter) or "cool" (in spring/summer). When I was there in late spring, the lows were in the lower 50's and I was in an UNHEATED apartment. I called and asked for electric heaters, which management said they would look into, but did not follow through on, despite the apartment getting down to 60 degrees. Also, the master bath and closet reeked of cigarette smoke. The ventilation ducts go between apartments, and you get odors from other units. Management said that tenants aren't supposed to be smoking, and left it at that. When notified of these issues, management said they would look into it and thanked me for my patience. After several weeks of "looking into it", I realized that they did not intend to do anything, and that they were stalling. Do not expect any support from management if there are problems; once you have pais, they are done with you.
